Devoteam Guidance has been a Microsoft® Certified Training Partner since the program inception in 1994.Devoteam Guidance was also the first, in both Belgium and Luxembourg, to meet the requirements to become a Microsoft® Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS).

Microsoft® has selected Devoteam Guidance on numerous occasions for launching their new products, as recently as with the Windows Server 2008, Visual Studio® 2008 product launch.

Certified Instructors

The Devoteam Guidance instructors are certified not only for their technical skills, but also for their educational skills. Our instructors are also technology consultants who can use their field experience to illustrate the course.

Microsoft® Consulting regularly asks them to deliver consulting on .NET 2005, Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Microsoft® Project Server, SharePoint Portal Server and SQL Server™ 2005, BI, Windows Vista®.

Sun® Authorized Education Centers all over Europe call on Devoteam Guidance instructors to deliver high quality trainings on Sun® products.

Devoteam Guidance instructors also share their knowledge by writing articles, through their blogs and through the Devoteam Guidance resource portal.

Operational Excellence

Each Devoteam Guidance location offers a wide zone of free parking space and is easily accessible by public transport. A hot meal is included every day as are pastries and a broad range of drinks offered during the course breaks.

Each participant works on an individual PC during the training to assure a hands-on experience. The classrooms are well equipped with air-conditioning and internet access.

At the end of each course, participants fill a comprehensive evaluation form, which is then sent to a third party instance that provides feedback to Devoteam Guidance. Thus can we guarantee that the high quality of our courses is constant.
