Vouchers for Free Training Days

Take advantage of the free training days Microsoft® offers to companies who subscribe to their Software Assurance program.

Devoteam Guidance accepts Microsoft® Software Assurance vouchers for any Official Microsoft® Learning Product and assists you through all administrative procedures, should you wish it.

With the Software Assurance (SA) training voucher benefit, which is available to qualified Microsoft® software licensing subscription holders, organizations of all sizes can realize greater efficiency through instructor-led training at Devoteam Guidance as Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions. Get your IT staff up to speed on the latest Microsoft operating systems, enterprise-ready applications, and software development tools with training from the learning solutions provider authorized by Microsoft.

How It Works

Qualifying organizations receive technical training credits from Microsoft. Each training credit can be redeemed for one free day of training at Devoteam Guidance. Credits are issued to you by your Software Assurance benefit coordinator in the form of an e-mail voucher and can be applied to any Official Microsoft Learning Product that Microsoft offers in a classroom environment through Devoteam Guidance.

Information for the SA Customer - "Training Administrator":

• First, access your Microsoft Volume Licensing website which relates to your License Agreement.
• Then follow the steps to generate the voucher numbers on this page.
• See a step-by-step demonstration of the activation process.

Information for the Course Booker or "Student":

• First, use the Devoteam Guidance course agenda to select your training on Microsoft Technologies.
• Then use the information for the "Training Administrator" to get your voucher numbers for the required amount of days.
• Finally, send a mail to training@devoteam.lu including the voucher number, course number, course start date and do not forget to include the e-mail address corresponding to the voucher number.
