Devoteam reserves the right to change pricing, registration terms and conditions, to make changes to any of training courses described on our catalogue or in our web site or cancel a course at any time without notice or liability.

Devoteam is recognized by the Luxembourgian State as an ‘Organisme de formation professionnelle continue’, and as such, its education customers can obtain tax reductions (credits d’impôts) under certain conditions. Authorization # 93506A.

With your course confirmation you will receive the invoice which is payable upon receipt, before the start of the course.

You may cancel or postpone your registration free of charge with a written notice given more than 10 working days before the course starts.
If your cancellation or postponement notice arrives 9 or less working days before the course starts, Devoteam reserves its right to invoice 50% of the course price.
If your cancellation or postponement notice arrives 5 or less working days before the course starts or the participant does not come for the course, Devoteam reserves its right to invoice 100% of the course price.
Cancellation/postponement must be received in writing and be acknowledged by Devoteam.
Replacement of a participant with another is free of charge (not for courses with certifications).

If the cancellation or postponement of a private session/on-demand session arrives 15 or less working days prior to the schedule start of the course, Devoteam reserves its right to invoice 100% of the course price.

Devoteam reserves its right to postpone or cancel a course when necessary, for instance when not enough participants are registered or due to force majeure events. We will endeavor to notify participants at least 5 working days in advance (except in cases of force majeure). In case of postponement, all participants will automatically be registered for the next session of the same course.

Devoteam’s 100% Student Satisfaction program applies to agenda training courses scheduled and publicly available Devoteam Instructor Led Training classes that are identified as part of the 100% Student Satisfaction program on the www.devoteam.lu website at the time the class is purchased.

In the event that a student who has completed such a class and been present for all of the offering is not, in his/her reasonable opinion, satisfied with the class, then the student must notify Devoteam by emailing training@devoteam.lu within 5 business days of the completion of the class. Devoteam will then permit the student to retake the same version of the same class title once more for free within 90 days of Devoteam’s receipt of the notification (or if it is not available during such 90 day period, as soon as the class is available thereafter at the same location or in Devoteam Brussels premises).

The Student Satisfaction program does not apply: (1) to the retaken class; (2) if the student is not able to satisfy the above criteria for reasons beyond Devoteam’s reasonable control. Devoteam is not responsible for any applicable taxes, transportation costs, lodging costs or other expenses or costs related to the retake. Devoteam has the option, at its sole discretion, of providing a refund for the class fees in lieu of permitting a class retake if for any reason, including scheduling, Devoteam considers a refund to be appropriate. This is the sole remedy and Devoteam’s exclusive liability in the event that a student is not satisfied with the class.
